These are a great healthy treat to have as a snack or for breakfast!
2 ripe bananas, peeled
1/4 cup almond oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups of uncooked gluten free oats
1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place bananas, oil, vanilla extract and 1 cup of oats into blender. Blend for 30-45 seconds. Pour into bowl. Add raisins and the rest of the oats and stir by hand. Form into 12 balls, place on cookie sheet and press to flatten slightly.
Bake for 20 minutes.
