Blackberry and Apple Crumble


1 lb apples
Juice from 1 lemon
1 cup fresh blackberries
1/4 cup brown rice flour or oat flour (you can make your own using the Vitamix)
1/4 cup rolled oats
3 tbsp Udo’s oil
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
Agave nectar
Cooking spray


  1. Preheat oven to 40o degrees F. Prepare baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Core and slice the apple (unpeeled) and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place apples and blackberries in pan. Cook over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer fruit for 5 minutes then pour into baking dish.
  3. In separate bowl, mix flour and oats. Pour in oil until the mixture looks like crumbs. Stir in sunflower seeds then sprinkle mixture over fruit. Drizzle agave nectar on top.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes
