1 lb apples
Juice from 1 lemon
1 cup fresh blackberries
1/4 cup brown rice flour or oat flour (you can make your own using the Vitamix)
1/4 cup rolled oats
3 tbsp Udo’s oil
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- Preheat oven to 40o degrees F. Prepare baking dish with cooking spray.
- Core and slice the apple (unpeeled) and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place apples and blackberries in pan. Cook over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer fruit for 5 minutes then pour into baking dish.
- In separate bowl, mix flour and oats. Pour in oil until the mixture looks like crumbs. Stir in sunflower seeds then sprinkle mixture over fruit. Drizzle agave nectar on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes
