Dr. Nichole Rich is an educator, 5h Degree Black Belt and lifestyle and wellness coach. In her early years she powered through life determined to reach her goals. She was often physically, mentally, and emotionally depleted. When she was knocked off her feet from extreme stress, she discovered that high performance habits did not include wearing yourself out. The new mindset and outlook helped her earn a spot on the 2015 and 2017 WAKO USA Karate Team. Since then, she has been using her secrets to help others find harmony between their mindset and heartset through her course, Goals, Gratitude & Grace.

In this full-day interactive workshop, participants will learn how to incorporate yoga self-regulation techniques in the classroom and at home and discover innovative ways to help children regulate emotions. Participants will learn strategies that effectively address developmental delays in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, sensory processing disorders and other significant delays of young learners.
